Call Centre Overview

Research House maintains 150 CATI stations to conduct telephone interviews. Research House offers the following capabilities:

  • Remote Monitoring
  • Remote testing of questionnaire with provided test link
  • National dialling or across North America is standard for the call centre
  • Bilingual capabilities (French, Spanish or English) – additional language capabilities include Cantonese, Mandarin, Punjabi, Urdu, Gujarati, Arabic, and Portuguese
  • QA standards that meet current MRIA and industry ISO standards
  • Production of tables in a standard format
  • Data file delivery in various formats, Excel, SPSS,
    E-tabs, etc.
